Join a hands-on cooking class where you'll create sweet and savory baked treats from scratch.
This cooking session invites you to channel your inner Cake Boss as you make three classic recipes. First, you'll create buttery and flaky scones that melt in your mouth. Then, Chef Andy will show you his simple techniques for kneading dough that you can use to make a crusty loaf of bread. Finally, you'll learn to make warm, gooey cinnamon rolls with the perfect swirl of cinnamon-sugar filling. Chef Andy will show you every step so you can make these treats at home.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.

After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art, Chef Andy gained years of experience in the kitchen as a cooking instructor and online as a food blogger. From sushi to classic European cuisine to molecular gastronomy, he really can do it all, and looks forward to sharing secrets and techniques you can use to boost your kitchen confidence.
