Cooking Class: Healthy Mediterranean Menu

Join Chef Titik for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make several healthy, delicious Mediterranean dishes. Each dish uses an array of interesting ingredients to create a robust and flavorful meal.


First, make juicy chicken kebabs paired with creamy hummus and a refreshing tabouleh salad. Then you'll learn how to make a classic, flavorful Catalan seafood stew with shrimp, mussels, fish and saffron and enjoy it with a crispy crostini. For dessert, wrap up the meal with as simple lemon olive oil cake topped with honey mascarpone cream.
