Cooking Class: Healthy Mediterranean Menu
Join Chef Titik for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make several healthy, delicious Mediterranean dishes. Each dish uses an array of interesting ingredients to create a robust and flavorful meal.
First, make juicy chicken kebabs paired with creamy hummus and a refreshing tabouleh salad. Then you'll learn how to make a classic, flavorful Catalan seafood stew with shrimp, mussels, fish and saffron and enjoy it with a crispy crostini. For dessert, wrap up the meal with as simple lemon olive oil cake topped with honey mascarpone cream.

Chef Titik was great!! She was very welcoming into her humble abode…in a class of 6 she keep everyone engaged and involved in learning techniques and spices. The food was amazing in the end. She was very sweet and personable. I would definitely take another one if her classes.

Chef Titik's proud Indonesian heritage informs her life as much as her cooking. A graduate with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, baking and pastry art, she hopes to impart her passion for food to her students as they learn to create incredible meals in a variety of cuisines ranging from Italian to Indian and beyond.
