Join Chef Mo to make four courses inspired by traditional Asian dishes in this exciting cooking class.
Begin the meal by cooking minced chicken with sweet chili sauce. Then, wrap them in crisp butter lettuce for refreshing, spicy Thai chicken lettuce wraps. Next, learn the secret to making a classic orange sauce to pour over crispy chicken and serve with basmati rice. Then, master the art of making the perfect pad Thai, adding shrimp and vegetables for more flavor and texture. Finish the meal on a sweet note with traditional Japanese Castella pudding, a homemade custard topped with caramel sauce.

Chef Mo was very warm and welcoming. He taught us how to make three dishes and I appreciated that they weren’t overly difficult and something that we can try ourselves at home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary!
