Join Chef Ten on a culinary exploration of Italian and Parisian gnocchi-making styles as you enjoy a versatile and elegant menu. You'll be welcomed with a thoughtfully prepared cheeseboard featuring a selection of Italian and French cheeses before crafting classic Italian gnocchi dressed in velvety pesto cream sauce. Next, you'll discover the unique technique behind authentic Parisian gnocchi which you'll serve with butternut squash purée and succulent garlic shrimp. The session wraps up with some freshly-fried churros.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was such a fun time and we definitely learned new things. The food was delicious! The description does say BYOB and several guests brought alcohol but we were not permitted to drink it. It did take longer than expected and the set up of the space didn’t seem conducive to support the number of people watching and cooking. We would have appreciated a little more engaging instruction along the way. Still really enjoyed our time though!

Chef Ayden was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The food we made was delicious and there was a great handout with the recipes. Definitely recommend this event.
