Take your culinary skills to the next level in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ten!
Chef Ten will help you master professional steak cooking techniques as you prepare a feast fit for royalty. You'll start with the reverse-sear technique on a succulent hanger steak, which will be the centerpiece of your first course: a vibrant Caesar salad. This is followed by a cold-seared grass-fed sirloin with brown butter, rosemary, garlic and shallots. For the side, you'll learn to make luxurious truffled Lyonnaise potatoes with caramelized onions, fresh thyme and a whisper of truffle oil. Finally, you'll craft a warm, flaky plum crostata, served with a scoop of creamy French vanilla ice cream.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was such a fun time and we definitely learned new things. The food was delicious! The description does say BYOB and several guests brought alcohol but we were not permitted to drink it. It did take longer than expected and the set up of the space didn’t seem conducive to support the number of people watching and cooking. We would have appreciated a little more engaging instruction along the way. Still really enjoyed our time though!
