Had this class with a friend. It was in a cool bar in queens on 7 train. Very accessible and ambiance was great. Chef Shota was amazing and very friendly. It was the quickest i learnt to cook something new in a class. His style was so understandable and the way he executed class was flawless. Explained everything in detail and im pretty sure after this class ill be able to make sushi for dinner. He taught us two rolls: Mango vege and california. TOTALLY recommend!
