Class was exceptional! Instructor was knowledgeable, walked us through the process of sushi making, and ensured we had a fun time in the process. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a fun experience with Chef Shota. Class had such great energy, and we learned something new. Just wish the bar lowered the sound or gave him an area he can just teach without having to repeat so much.

Had this class with a friend. It was in a cool bar in queens on 7 train. Very accessible and ambiance was great. Chef Shota was amazing and very friendly. It was the quickest i learnt to cook something new in a class. His style was so understandable and the way he executed class was flawless. Explained everything in detail and im pretty sure after this class ill be able to make sushi for dinner. He taught us two rolls: Mango vege and california. TOTALLY recommend!
