Join Chef Sean for an immersive experience making tacos, salsa and guacamole. The class will begin by preparing fresh corn tortillas using masa harina. Fry them until golden brown and crispy. Then, practice knife skills by chopping tomatoes, red onions and cilantro for a fresh red salsa. Mash avocados with a squeeze of lime juice to make a homemade guacamole. Finally, pile your tacos high with chicken, homemade sauces and various toppings to make a customized homemade taco.
