Chef Sean delivered an exceptional experience for us during his Taco Making class.
From explaining best cooking practices, to vegetable and corn tortilla prep, to the finished product, Sean made the class memorable. Would definitely recommend it!

Sean was a great instructor he even went to teach us different knife skills and preparation techniques for the kitchen. A very fun and informative class would. Perfect for a date night or just a fun new experience, would definitely book another class!

We had a fantastic time! Incredibly kind and friendly, Sean created a open inviting environment for us to learn the basics of making our own pasta and alfredo sauce. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quick intro to Italian cuisine or cooking in general, he was a wonderful teacher :)

Really enjoyed this class!! Got to learn how to make yummy fettuccine Alfredo from scratch and even got to bring some home with me 😋 Only thing is I forgot to take a picture of the recipe...

It was great! Sean was very personable and helpful in his instruction and had some good tidbits. I would encourage him to share even more useful general cooking tips and tricks as he seemed like a great resource.

Based on the write up, I would have thought each person would have been making pasta on our own, but that wasn’t the case. It was fun taking the dough and turning it into pasta, but pretty expensive to not actually get to prepare the ingredients or cook them as anticipated.
