Discover the decadence of plant-based vegetarian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Join Chef Mark, an esteemed chef, to learn the art of cooking vegetarian food that bursts with flavor.
To begin the class, make a refreshing salad with escarole or endive mixed with garlic, shallots and pepper with a drizzle of olive oil. Next, make fluffy spinach rice with a twist of lemon, topped with zesty feta cheese and chopped pistachios. Master the art of deep-frying tofu balls for a crispy snack served with onions and mushrooms. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate mousse made from cocoa powder and vanilla for dessert.

Chef Camila made our sushi-making experience unforgettable! The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, restaurant level, and you could tell she truly cares about ingredients and technique. Her explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, making the process fun and approachable for my husband and I, regardless of experience level. On top of that, she’s extremely personable and genuinely funny, which kept the energy light and engaging the entire time. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate amazing sushi. Highly recommend Chef Camila for an outstanding, hands-on culinary experience!

This class was AMAZING! Had such a great time with my team and we met new people as well. I am definitely ready for a part 2! This class was also very informative and I learned a lot of new ways to work with ingredients in the kitchen. Thank you Chef Marc for being so accommodating to dietary needs and having everything ready before we even asked. This was an experience to remember. Thank you so much!

Chef Marc was amazing! Me and my Fiancé loved the class. He taught in a way that we could understand and the food came out tasting so delicious. I highly recommend one of his classes. We will definitely be booking with him again!
