Begin the class by making traditional vegetable summer rolls. Practice your knife skills to chop carrots and jicama and learn the technique to wrap them tightly in rice paper. Then, make fried spring rolls with savory pork and a zesty spicy chili sauce. Try your hand at Vietnamese fusion and make a pizza topped with spring onions, eggs and a kaffir lime mayo. Chef Ayden was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The food we made was delicious and there was a great handout with the recipes. Definitely recommend this event.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was such a fun time and we definitely learned new things. The food was delicious! The description does say BYOB and several guests brought alcohol but we were not permitted to drink it. It did take longer than expected and the set up of the space didn’t seem conducive to support the number of people watching and cooking. We would have appreciated a little more engaging instruction along the way. Still really enjoyed our time though!
