Join Chef Lisa in the kitchen and discover how simple it is to make your own sugar-free sweets. You'll make a silken chocolate mousse that uses avocadoes as a secret ingredient, combine chocolate and oats for a chewy treat bar and make bite-sized chocolate coconut bites sweetened naturally with dates instead of sugar.

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
