Chef Janet was outstanding. The venue at Temperence Beer was not. Instead of having us in a section of the bar, they put us in the back where the beer is made. 4 Long tables were set up. Ours was 8 feet from the drain where they release the excess beer and yeast from the bottom of the steel vats. It was an unpleasant smell. This was especially unprofessional for a class in which we were to be working with chocolate. Others felt the same. This has no bearing on Chef Janet. She was a trooper. She did the best she could under not so special facilities. Put Janet in another venue that is adequate for any type of dessert or entre preparation education, and you have a 5- Star Experience. It is ClassPop's responsibility to provide a fair venue, not Chef Janet. Chef Janet..... 5- Star Location Venue..... 1.5- Star

Chef Janet conducted a great class experience from beginning to end. She gave great information, demonstrations, and tips. I found her class both informative and fun which is rare. I’d recommend to everyone.
