Cooking Class: Nothing Like a Great Sauce
Mother sauces make the world go round and in this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare three of these mother sauces. But this class isn’t all about sauces. Chef Brian will teach you how to prepare a creamy béchamel, a luxurious béarnaise and a traditional espagnole to highlight, not overpower, the rich flavors of each dish from pasta to filet. Incorporating farm-fresh ingredients with the powerful flavors of a variety of herbs and spices, you will not forget this saucy menu.
