Under the guidance of Chef Austin, you'll master the techniques behind creating delicate pasta dough using simple yet premium ingredients, including fresh eggs, 00 Flour, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper to elevate the flavors. Then, you'll delve into the art of crafting a savory San Marzano tomato sauce bursting with the freshness of basil, garlic and shallots.

Excellent experience to share with a friend, family or date (my case). Chef Austin took the time to explain every step thoroughly and give details on why everything was performed a certain way. Always available to answer questions and give tips on technique, the chef made making your own pasta feel like the fun, new, fulfilling hobby / ritual you didn't know you needed. Very grateful for the knowledge shared and looking forward to joining more of his classes
