Excellent experience to share with a friend, family or date (my case). Chef Austin took the time to explain every step thoroughly and give details on why everything was performed a certain way. Always available to answer questions and give tips on technique, the chef made making your own pasta feel like the fun, new, fulfilling hobby / ritual you didn't know you needed. Very grateful for the knowledge shared and looking forward to joining more of his classes

Wonderful and Fun Cooking Class Experience! My husband and I recently took a pasta making class with Chef Austin, and it was truly amazing! The class was fun, engaging, and full of hands-on learning. Chef Austin was incredibly informative, friendly, and interactive, he took the time to answer everyone’s questions and walked around to offer help and guidance throughout the process. While our dough was resting, we played a fun and light hearted trivia game that added such a great touch to the evening. Chef Austin’s partner also joined us, she was so sweet and pleasant her energy made the class feel even more welcoming and enjoyable. One of the highlights was getting to enjoy the noodles we made, served with a delicious sauce that Chef Austin had prepared ahead of time. Everything tasted amazing! Plus, we were given the recipes for both the noodles and the sauce so we can recreate the experience at home. Overall, we absolutely loved the class and highly recommend it. Chef Austin and his partner created such a positive and fun environment, it was a perfect date night and a great learning experience all in one!

Chef Austin and his wife were AMAZING hosting this class. My fiancee, Jennifer, and I truly enjoyed the class and the atmosphere for it. It was the first time we had ever made handmade pasta from scratch. It was easy and fun but most of all, the texture and taste were incredible. The marinara sauce Chef Austin made for the pasta was delicious. I would take other classes he teaches and we even love to host a class of his at my home.

This cooking class, unfortunately, didn't quite hit the mark for me or my friends. The biggest surprise was that it didn't really feel like a cooking class at all. My friends and I didn't get to do any actual cooking, nor did we feel like we learned anything new from Chef Austin. Beyond that, there were a few logistical problems that made the whole experience less than desirable. - Not enough space: The class felt cramped, making it difficult to prep and move around. - Too loud: The class was in a noisy bar with loud music which is a terrible atmosphere in which to take a class. - Not enough instructions: There were little to no instructions given, I think we should have just read the recipe he handed out instead of listening to Chef Austin. - Not enough ingredients: We even ran out of basic ingredients like flour halfway through, which was a bit surprising. And after they bought more they were hesitant to share them with the guests! - Not enough stoves: The gnocchi was being cooked one serving at a time on a single Coleman grill, which made for a painfully slow cooking process. In the end, we agreed the class had little-to-no guidance, not enough ingredients to complete our meal, and no realistic way to finish cooking before the class ended. Therefore, my friends and I took our raw pasta home to finish cooking it ourselves, which wasn't quite what we signed up for. While the idea of the class was great, the execution was abysmal. For the sake of future attendees, I really hope Chef Austin makes some changes to his cooking class before he tries teaching again.

Such fun! Never thought I could make pasta but it turned our great and something I want to attempt again at home, Venue was a bit tight/crowded (Back corner of a bar) but still made it work. Same experience with a bit more room would be next level!

Such an awesome experience with Chef Austin! We went for my fiancés birthday and chef austin & his girlfriend even purchased cupcakes for him and the class. It was above and beyond. We enjoyed the class so much. Chef Austin took the time to come around to each of us and provide hands on instruction. We are looking forward to taking another class with Chef Austin.

This class was great! Having a pasta making class in a brewery was a fun experience; all of the supplies were provided and chef Austin was walking around making sure everyone was making it through the steps. We had lots of laughs and learned a new skill!

The class with Austin was fun! The chef and his girlfriend were friendly and open to answer any questions. I was a little surprised to see we were working with plastic utensils and paper bowls, but the pasta turned out good in the end. I understand this was his first class in this format and they needed to work through some logistics but we enjoyed our meal although there was more waiting around than anticipated. I think the atmosphere for this event could have been a little different - music that fit the setting, not with bar patrons speaking loudly next to our tables. I would take another class, but I do want a more elevated experience.

The hands-on cooking lesson was both informative and enjoyable. Chef Austin's instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is not particularly skilled in the kitchen. He patiently guided us through each step of the pasta-making process, from mixing and kneading the dough to shaping it into various pasta shapes. It was incredibly satisfying to see the pasta come together under his guidance, and the end result was nothing short of delicious.
