In this interactive dance class, you'll learn how to pole dance from an experienced instructor. This intro class is perfect for beginners and will teach you the basics to get comfortable with pole dancing.
You'll begin class with some fun warm-ups to get your blood flowing and to practice flexibility. Then, it's time to get on the pole! In this intro class, you'll focus on five key beginner pole dancing moves. Once mastered, you can move on to the Level One pole dancing class. Loosen up and express yourself with this fun art form!

It was the most, empowering, encouraging, go at your own pace, fun class I've ever been to and I'm a workout class junkie from Los Angeles. They made my birthday one I'll always remember and I am so happy we have a place to spend girl time together.
