Cooking Class: Flavors of Spain
Step into a Spanish-inspired cooking class where you'll discover the secrets behind paella and other classic dishes.
You'll start by sautéing Kalamata olives with red pepper flakes and cilantro before moving on to the main attraction: a colorful paella. This hearty rice dish is synonymous with Spanish culture and is made with chorizo, bomba rice, a protein of choice, saffron aioli smoked and sweet paprika. To balance the meal, you'll craft a light and crispy frisée salad tossed with fresh apples, roasted walnuts and sherry vinaigrette. Make sure to save room for dessert though, as you'll end the session with a creamy flan made from eggs, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Chef Tiff was so fun! She was engaging with just the right amount of learning and education. Our team had a blast and highly recommend her. Lastly the food was amazing! She had course coreect in the moment for our menu and we finished all the dessert. Great event.
