Cooking Class: Charcuterie Magic

In this cooking class, you will learn how to assemble a classic yet trendy charcuterie board with Chef Birdie. Chef Birdie taught a really fun and informative class. Everyone that attended enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend her highly. The salsas we made were delicious and her guacamole was fabulous. She also offered up various tweaks to make things to you/your groups liking as well as actionable knowledge to use at home. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of to go containers to use for leftovers, which she kindly offered at the end of our event.
