Cooking Class: Fresh Ribbon Pasta With Homemade Puttanesca Sauce

Learn the basics of homemade pasta from a pro chef in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Lucien will teach you the process of turning homemade pasta dough into noodles, along with a hearty sauce to serve it with.


You'll begin by mixing flour, egg, olive oil and salt into a simple pasta dough, then rolling and cutting it into rustic ribbons. Afterward, Chef Lucien will teach you to make a lusciously creamy puttanesca sauce flavored with garlic and basil.


You'll toss it with your freshly cooked pasta for an impressive Italian feast you'll be able to re-create at home anytime the pasta craving strikes.
