Chef Joseph is absolutely amazing. A great cook and wonderful host he held down the Jamaican recipes in the kitchen. I feel that the birthday experience was even more amazing because he taught us true recipes that come from the Jamaican heritage and culture a 10/10! Best birthday dinner / class ever!
