You'll learn how to use smart culinary techniques and fresh ingredients to create authentic recipes your friends and family will love. Start with a robust pan con tomate on a crisp French baguette. Next is a chicken and chorizo paella with Arborio rice and a side of shaved Brussels sprouts salad with manchego cheese and dates. Dessert is a sweet treat of Spanish almond cake.
