Learn how to make these soft dough dumplings completely from scratch. You will start off with boiling the potatoes, incorporating flour, then learning how to finish the dish off to perfection. Gnocchi pairs well with chicken, eggplant, pork, and more, so prepare for a divine Italian feast, with gnocchi as the star!
