It's time to head to the tropics. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Kathy will teach you how to prepare an island-inspired menu featuring fresh seafood and exotic flavors. You'll begin by preparing spicy shrimp with chilis and avocado sauce. Your main course is Thai curry tilapia served with seasonal vegetables and jasmine rice. For dessert, you'll enjoy the tropical taste combinations of a coconut pineapple banana cake accented with vanilla bourbon cream.
