Chef Titik is eager to elevate your notion of what Indonesian cooking can be! With his expertise leading the way in this hands-on cooking class, you’ll experience authentic Indonesian dishes prepared in a thoroughly contemporary style.


You’ll create a savory smoked salmon corn fritter with a smoky chipotle aioli and a short ribs rendang made with creamy coconut milk and an array of intriguing spices. And for dessert, banana fritters served with a silky avocado milkshake will open your eyes to new flavor and texture possibilities.

A graduate with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, baking and pastry art, she hopes to impart her passion for food to her students as they learn to create incredible meals in a variety of cuisines ranging from Italian to Indian and beyond.
