For dessert, little chefs will love building ice cream sandwiches by hand and topping them with drizzled chocolate and flaky coconut.

Chef Alejandro spent most of the class socializing with us and attempting to network. I would say there was 30 minutes of actual education. The rice was already made upon arrival. we didn't get to cut any fish or vegetables. I was never sent a PDF of the instructions for making sushi like he had promised. He actually DM'd my partner claiming he didn't have my contact info (I had previously texted with him). He also asked her to be his "assistant" which made us both feel uncomfortable. Overall bad vibes and I will likely not be using classpop again.
