Cooking Class: Classic Korean Creations
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kathy, you'll learn how to master the art of cooking Korean cuisine across three courses of bold flavors and spices.
Chef Kathy will start by guiding you through creating unique kimchi pancakes with savoy cabbage, daikon radish and spices. You'll also learn how to prepare a trendy beef bulgogi bowl with a vegetarian option made with tofu bulgogi and topped with gochujang sauce, rice and cucumbers. For dessert, you'll learn how to make classic shortbread cookies with Korean peppers as a spicy twist.

She's also a certified Master Food Preserver and is well-versed in creating menus customized for her clients' needs. Chef Kathy looks forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for cooking with you.
