This experience with Chef Benoit exceeded my expectations! Chef was patient, skilled and knowledgeable as he guided us through the process of creating 3 distinct and delicious desserts. His hospitality and enthusiasm heightened the experience and I look forward to returning for future classes. I highly recommend this experience!

Chef B is nothing short of AMAZING. He is very kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable. My gf and I have both returned to the area and look for opportunities to bond and try new experiences, this was a treat! We were guided through 3 dessert dishes from start to finish in less than 2 hours. I recommend this class to anyone who loves pastries, sweet things, and wants an intimate atmosphere to relax and learn. I’ll be back to take another class with him soon! I hope you will give him a try!

Chef Benoit has great knowledge and passion for his country's cuisine and if you, like me, love French food this experience cannot be missed!
His enthusiasm is infectious and spurs you on to produce the tastiest dish possible .....amazing!
