Team Building Activity: Dumpling Dash: Team Cooking Competition
Join Chef Adrian in a unique team building activity that doubles as a hands-on cooking competition to battle for the title of the best dumplings. Let your hardworking crew learn the art of making authentic Chinese dumplings from scratch as Chef Adrian provides expert guidance on making dough, stuffing, folding and cooking mouthwatering dumplings.
Chef Adrian will demonstrate the intricate art of folding dumplings before letting each team try their hand at making their own dough, selecting custom fillings and creating their unique dumplings. Through this fun and friendly competition, your team will foster invaluable team bonding and make lasting memories together. Teams will be judged based on the flavor, appearance and creativity of their dumplings. In the end, everyone will get to mingle and feast upon plenty of chef-approved dumplings!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Great class. Everything was well organized and ready to go. The setup was very efficient. This was fun and learned some new kitchen skills!

Our group enjoyed the overall experience and appreciated the opportunity to create a fun memory together. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The dishes lacked seasoning, the flow of the class could have been smoother, and the outdoor tent setting wasn’t ideal. We would consider returning if adjustments were made—such as incorporating seasonings into the food and relocating to a more comfortable environment.

I chose this event to celebrate my birthday. Chef Adrian did not disappoint. He allowed us to go at our own pace as he walked around to monitor our progress and instructed us on our next steps. I enjoyed the experience to the fullest.

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, it's safe to say that Chef Adrian is an expert. A kitchen guru, he's served as a line cook, manager, culinary consultant and executive chef at plenty of bars, restaurants, and catering halls. He's even owned his own catering company and has enjoyed sharing his culinary passion with countless students as a chef instructor. With expertise in menu planning, nutrition, special diets and all things food, Chef Adrian is bound to teach valuable lessons and inspire all of his students.
