Chef Jasmine is very clearly a great chef! The gnocchi and sauce we ate was truly delicious!! However, the venue was the main issue here. It was 33 degrees, outdoor, windy, and the tent we were in couldn’t fully close and the space heater wasn’t doing it. Our hands were ice and we would’ve worn different clothes if we had known it wasn’t indoors in the winter. The water wouldn’t even boil it was so cold so we had to take our food home to make. Next, I wish the sweet potato was in the title. I don’t like sweet potato so I was a little thrown off when we got there, but the sauce overpowered it so it was fine. Lastly, the recipe she sent us home with didn’t have everything on it. We really just made our dough in the class and she wasn’t walking us through the sauce as she was making it. I would love to know what was all in the sauce like the seasonings - and her secret ingredient wasn’t on it either! This would no doubt be 5 stars if we were indoors, if we got to make our sauce, and if we were sent home with the full ingredients and recipe list.

The dumplings were absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to make them at home. Chef Jasmine was so nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed that filling was premade and so was the sauce. She shared how she made it. We only filled the wrapper and cooked them. I would recommend the class, but know that’s what you are doing in this class.
