Take your breakfast or brunch fare to new heights with a cooking class where whiskey makes the menu! This fabulous boozy French toast session from Chef Adrian is just the thing to turn your midday meal into a full-blown celebration.
You'll learn to use brioche, eggs and authentic Irish whiskey to create a battered beauty of a dish. Prepare an assortment of tempting toppings, including seasonal fruits and berries, plus an order of fresh whipped cream for an extra dollop of culinary enchantment.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Great class. French toast is a fairly quick dish! But a good one. I would attend another class.

I made my wife IRISH WHISKEY FRENCH TOAST the next morning after class. Based on Adrian's recommendation, I used non-class ingredients such as ghee butter, challah and croissant bread, and I added ice cream. My wife not only was amazed that I'm starting to cook, but, was blown away by the French Toast I made her.

Different from what we were expecting, but it all good ways! It was hosted at a really cool bar and were able to hang out and listen to music and grab some drinks after. Really nice time!

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, it's safe to say that Chef Adrian is an expert. A kitchen guru, he's served as a line cook, manager, culinary consultant and executive chef at plenty of bars, restaurants, and catering halls. He's even owned his own catering company and has enjoyed sharing his culinary passion with countless students as a chef instructor. With expertise in menu planning, nutrition, special diets and all things food, Chef Adrian is bound to teach valuable lessons and inspire all of his students.
