First, make a stuffed arancini with saffron risotto and Fontina cheese, served with a truffle aioli. Refresh your palate with a Panzanella salad made with arugula, pickled fennel and Grana Padano. Make gnocchi from scratch and a creamy Gorgonzola sauce to pair with it. Finnish with decadent cannoli with a lemon-lavender filling topped with crunch pistachios.
