What a wonderful evening to celebrate my in-laws wedding anniversary! Chef Justin was both organized and relaxed. Ingredients were fresh, and his expertise shone through in the techniques and little details that he shared. Hands-on participation was optional, allowing my in-laws to relax and learn at their own pace. The cherry-on-top was having a clean kitchen at the end! Thank you, Chef Justin!
