Ube is a purple yam commonly used in Filipio cuisine. In
this hands-on cooking class with Chef Antonio, you’ll learn how versatile it can be
while preparing a diverse collection of intriguing and vibrant recipes.
You’ll bake a whimsical bread twisted through with a purple
ube swirl, cook up a savory potato gnocchi with clam sauce, lightly fry a crisp ube tempura perfect
for a side dish or appetizer, and create meltaway ube almond crinkles for dessert,
topped with powdered sugar and brimming with chewy goodness.
