Chef Antonio was great teacher and provided a delicious menu! He had so many great stories of his experience as a chef and was so knowledgeable. We had the most fun making the homemade pasta and watching Chef Antonio getting creative with plating our food.

Chef Antonio has spent the past 10 years honing his culinary skills to virtuoso level while helming multiple restaurant kitchens in London and Italy, and a five-star luxury hotel in Qatar. After relocating to the U.S., he found a dual niche as an executive chef for an upscale downtown Boston restaurant and an instructor of several interactive culinary experiences.
