You’ll bake a whimsical bread twisted through with a purple ube swirl, cook up a savory potato gnocchi with clam sauce, lightly fry a crisp ube tempura perfect for a side dish or appetizer, and create meltaway ube almond crinkles for dessert, topped with powdered sugar and brimming with chewy goodness.

Chef Antonio was great teacher and provided a delicious menu! He had so many great stories of his experience as a chef and was so knowledgeable. We had the most fun making the homemade pasta and watching Chef Antonio getting creative with plating our food.
