Cooking Class: Intro to Sushi Workshop
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jinhe, you will learn the fundamental skills needed to become your own sushi master.
Using fresh, seasonal ingredients and classic Japanese culinary techniques, you'll begin your class with a simple yet flavor-packed Asian salad with Mandarin oranges, as well as the ins and out of authentic sushi rice preparation. Next, you will construct three sushi staples: A classic California roll with crab, a spicy tuna roll and traditional nigiri with seasonally available tuna, prawns or salmon.
