Cooking Class: Classic French Crêpe and Crème Desserts

Join Chef Lisa on a decadent adventure into the artistry of classic French desserts in this interactive cooking class. You'll use age-old techniques to create three traditional French recipes. Using fresh milk, eggs and cream, you'll prepare chocolate pots de crème, crème caramel and a custard crêpe cake. You can then use these techniques to impress your friends and family at your next gathering or family dinner. 


Chocolate Pots de Crème 

With heavy cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla

Crème Caramel 

With milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla

Custard Crêpe Cake 

With flour, eggs, milk, butter, sugar and spices

After a number of tries, I was unable to connect via Zoom - error message that the link was invalid. Tried Classpop support but there was no one available. I will say that Chef Lisa provided sufficient details so that I could create the Macarons on my own. There was some kind of disconnect at ClassPop! so I provided a single star.
