Cooking Class: Indian Cooking With Your Pressure Cooker

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sara will teach you how to use your pressure cooker to prepare fast and delicious Indian dishes. You'll start the class by preparing Bhatura, which is a deep-fried puff bread. Then, you'll race to see who can whip up the best samosas the quickest for a bit of friendly competition. After the spicy samosa race, you'll cook up either chicken curry or vegetarian chana masala, with a choice of either rice pilaf or tomato-cucumber salad as a side. Your Indian feast will conclude with some calming masala tea.
