Cooking Class: Chinese Culture and Cuisine

Chef Grace will share her gourmet skills and the rich culture of her heritage in this classic Chinese cooking class. She will introduce you to the traditional techniques, authentic ingredients and aromatic flavors of Chinese cuisine. You'll begin by learning how to prepare tofu meatballs with shiitake and black wood ear mushrooms. Next on the menu is hot and sour soup with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, pork and homemade stock. This meal is completed with stir-fried shrimp with black bean sauce.
