You'll begin by learning how to prepare tofu meatballs with shiitake and black wood ear mushrooms. Next on the menu is hot and sour soup with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, pork and homemade stock. This meal is completed with stir-fried shrimp with black bean sauce.
