Teatime is an occasion to slow down and appreciate the simple pleasures of the day. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Josh, you’ll learn how to make a menu of delightful nibbles to savor and enjoy.
You’ll create a classic caprese salad, refreshing cucumber sandwiches with herbed cream cheese, hearty toasted mini-ham and Swiss melts, and a savory cream cheese dip served with assorted crackers and toast. You’ll also learn to craft your very own raspberry lime jam and key lime curd — a smashing selection for any tea table!

Chef Josh began his culinary career at an early age. After working at a country club at age 13, he followed his dream of becoming a chef. He has worked in a variety of restaurants preparing a wide array of different cuisines. Chef Josh enjoys learning new skills, perfecting his craft and adding to his culinary repertoire.
