You’ll create a classic caprese salad, refreshing cucumber sandwiches with herbed cream cheese, hearty toasted mini-ham and Swiss melts, and a savory cream cheese dip served with assorted crackers and toast. You’ll also learn to craft your very own raspberry lime jam and key lime curd — a smashing selection for any tea table!
Chef Josh began his culinary career at an early age. After working at a country club at age 13, he followed his dream of becoming a chef. He has worked in a variety of restaurants preparing a wide array of different cuisines. Chef Josh enjoys learning new skills, perfecting his craft and adding to his culinary repertoire. He's ready to share his knowledge and experience with his students.
