You’ll learn to use both stove and grill and gather tips from Chef Kareem for choosing and maintaining the right grill for your needs while you prepare a hearty four-course menu that includes a grilled ribeye with mint chimichurri and a pan-seared New York strip steak with garlic-herb butter. A side dish of roasted garlic mashed potatoes is on menu as well, and a skillet chocolate chip cookie for dessert that will melt your heart.
