Cast iron is as comfortable in a campfire as it is on a stovetop or in and oven. With Chef Kareem guiding you, you’ll learn how to choose the right pan for your needs, how to maintain and store it, and how to create an amazing meal with it!
You’ll prepare Gulf shrimp street tacos with roasted bell peppers; pan-seared New York strip steak with fresh herbs and garlic butter; and enticing honey-glazed Brussels sprouts with shallots. And for dessert, create an indulgent chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel drizzle.
