Currently, he operates his own restaurant and catering business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Chef Theotis is a certified personal chef—he has taught cooking classes for the last 10 years. He loves teaching students how to create homestyle meals for the whole family, and he is also an expert in meal prep.
