He'll teach you the popular French technique for fool-proof cuisine that brings the best of steakhouse dining to your home table. The menu includes savory shrimp scampi, tender lobster poached in butter, a succulent center-cut beef filet with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side. Finish up your lesson with pears served with white wine and cream for a light yet decadent sous vide dessert.

Great food, Great experience! Me and the wifey really enjoyed our time!
Chef Theotis has seen and done it all during his 15 years in the culinary industry. He’s worked as a server, a manager and has even cooked for celebrities. Currently, he operates his own restaurant and catering business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Chef Theotis is a certified personal chef—he has taught cooking classes for the last 10 years. He loves teaching students how to create homestyle meals for the whole family, and he is also an expert in meal prep.
