Get ready for a team building like no other as Chef Daniel guides you and your group through a hands-on vegetarian tapas cooking workshop. He'll share with you traditional techniques for preparing small plates from all around the world without using any meat or animal products. This is a wonderful opportunity to treat your team to a unique, fun activity.
To start, you'll create a seasonal soup using fresh vegetables before whipping up some Argentine empanadas stuffed with spinach, vegetables and cheese. Up next, everyone will work together to prepare pea and feta fritters alongside Swiss chard roll-ups filled with eggs and onions. Then, you'll enjoy savory Argentinian tea sandwiches before celebrating your hard work and teamwork with a sweet dessert.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

Chef Daniel hails from Argentina, a country known for its vibrant blend of cultures. He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.
