Team Building Activity: International Brunch Building for Teams

Treat your team to a fun and collaborative brunch prepared by them for the ultimate team building activity turned cooking class. Your team will begin by taking on the task of crafting a savory dish of creamy polenta with a perfectly poached egg smothered in carbonara sauce. 


Next, teams will prepare a French brunch favorite: a croque madame with mushrooms. To round out the savory portion, a steak drizzled with fresh Hollandaise sauce and tender asparagus before teams will work together to make decadent lemon and ricotta pancakes with a jam of wild blueberries.

With an arugula-tomato salad, fried egg, brioche bread and truffle pâté


Seared Steak and Blanched Asparagus

We booked a cooking class through Classpop and had such a great time learning to cook! The place had a parking lot so parking wasn’t a problem. We loved that after the cooking class, we were giving enough time to enjoy our food and even had leftovers to bring home. 10/10 recommend! Thanks for making my partner’s birthday so memorable!

Extremely disappointed. I was promised that gnocchi would be taught, which was the entire reason why we purchased this class. Chef Roddy confirmed the day before the class that we would be taught how to make gnocchi. Not only were we not, but when I messaged chef Roddy about our disappointment he never responded. Shows his true character. I don’t recommend this class.
