This team building activity brings your team to the table to enjoy colorful and flavorful Vietnamese dishes together. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Daniel will teach you and your team how to cook in an authentic Vietnamese style.
First, you'll roll fresh spring rolls with briny shrimp, bright herbs and refreshing cucumbers. Then, you'll make a hearty pho with a savory broth and vermicelli noodles. Each guest can personalize his or her pho with optional toppings. Finally, you and your team will learn to make a creamy coconut chia pudding featuring zesty lime and nutty sesame.
After graduating from culinary school, Chef Daniel completed an internship in Umbria, Italy and became a sous chef shortly afterward, partnering with Iron Chef Jose Garces. He's spent the last five years as the go-to chef for a selection of eateries within a restaurant group that has helped elevate a neighborhood in disrepair into a desirable upscale destination.
