In this interactive team building activity you'll learn to prepare an authentic Spanish meal with a trio of sweet, salty and fresh ingredients. With Chef Daniel as your guide, you'll begin by assembling a classic verde salad with manchego cheese. Then, you'll work together to create the main course: Spanish paella. This dish, brimming with chicken, vegetables and fragrant saffron, is perfect for sharing. Had a great time with Daniel. We did the Vietnamese cooking class with just my daughter and me. Daniel was a great host. Got some hands-on experience learning some new techniques. Fried rice and wings were terrific! Lots of room to cook with great music in background. After cooking, we enjoyed a nice sitdown with tasteful place settings in spacious dining area.

Chef Daniel was very personable, knowledgeable, and comfortable. He involved us in every step of the process and was more than willing to answer all of our questions. And, to top it all off, the food was delicious! We were thrilled to be able to bring home some leftovers to share with others as we bragged about the experience.
