In this interactive team building activity you'll learn to prepare an authentic Spanish meal with a trio of sweet, salty and fresh ingredients. With Chef Daniel as your guide, you'll begin by assembling a classic verde salad with manchego cheese. Then, you'll work together to create the main course: Spanish paella. This dish, brimming with chicken, vegetables and fragrant saffron, is perfect for sharing. You'll top off this authentic Spanish meal with a traditional crema catalana, a rich custard with caramelized sugar, citrus and cinnamon.

We had a wonderful time and experience at Chef’s Daniel Vietnamese Cooking Class. We met some very nice couples that contributed to the fun experience. Chef Daniel provided some awesome cooking tips while we prepared the delicious items in the course. After cooking we all sat down at the set table and devoured the delightful meal prepared by us and Chef Daniel. Thanks again for a great experience!

Last night I took Chef Daniel’s “Authentic Italian Comfort Food" class and had a wonderful time. I learned a lot and cannot wait to attempt some of the recipes at home. I was always too intimidated to attempt fresh pasta but with the right tools and techniques it doesn’t seem so daunting. Chef Daniel was also very welcoming and informative. I’d love to take another one of his classes one day!
After graduating from culinary school, Chef Daniel completed an internship in Umbria, Italy and became a sous chef shortly afterward, partnering with Iron Chef Jose Garces. He's spent the last five years as the go-to chef for a selection of eateries within a restaurant group that has helped elevate a neighborhood in disrepair into a desirable upscale destination.
