In this interactive team building activity you'll learn to prepare an authentic Spanish meal with a trio of sweet, salty and fresh ingredients. With Chef Daniel as your guide, you'll begin by assembling a classic verde salad with manchego cheese. Then, you'll work together to create the main course: Spanish paella. This dish, brimming with chicken, vegetables and fragrant saffron, is perfect for sharing. You'll top off this authentic Spanish meal with a traditional crema catalana, a rich custard with caramelized sugar, citrus and cinnamon.

This was an amazing experience ! As soon as we walked in the door we were taken back by the setting, ambiance, vibe that was set for us. Also, we were blessed with the opportunity to share the space with an amazing couple. Chef Dan is hilarious, knows his profession & was a great host. Very informative & the food turned out DELICIOUS. My wife & i truly enjoyed our experience with Dan “Fish Sauce” the man

This was a Christmas gift for my husband who always wanted to take a cooking class. We felt right at home in Dan's kitchen. It was a great mix of showing us techniques and allowing us to try but also keeping things moving. The food was delicious and Dan was an excellent teacher and host. We would highly recommend.

After graduating from culinary school, Chef Daniel completed an internship in Umbria, Italy and became a sous chef shortly afterward, partnering with Iron Chef Jose Garces. He's spent the last five years as the go-to chef for a selection of eateries within a restaurant group that has helped elevate a neighborhood in disrepair into a desirable upscale destination.
