This shared experience with Chef Maggie is designed to be interactive and social, making it ideal for corporate groups, celebrations or creative teams. You'll begin by building their own signature mocktail from four handcrafted blends, setting the tone for the evening. A passed appetizer of charcoal choux with tahini-dressed arugula follows, leading into a plated main course of romanesco chicken roulade with wild mushroom tart and dragonfruit salad. The centerpiece is allspice-smoked short ribs, followed by a dark chocolate shell filled with passionfruit mousse, raspberry gelée and a crisp sugar tuile. Book your spot now!

A caterer, instructor and private chef, Chef Maggie has found herself continuing her culinary journey in Denver. After living in Spain, Chef Maggie developed a deep passion for food. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
