Team Building Activity: Chocolate Paradise
During this interactive team-building cooking class, Chef Sima will teach you the essential techniques to learn how to handcraft exquisite chocolate treats. You and your team will enjoy lemonade and charcuterie bored while you focus on making the tastiest treats. You'll learn how to make pralines with whipping cream, cherries and two kinds of chocolate. Then, you'll cook ganaches and truffles with toppings which as cookies, peanut butter, raspberry, coffee, brandy and nuts. Finish the class with chocolate games using leftover tempered chocolate.

Very informative and helpful. I like to do every step myself and the chef's style was more demonstration and left only the left steps for the students

Born and raised in Jerusalem, Chef Sima transformed her passion for chocolate into her life’s work. She eats, breathes and sleeps chocolate, which led her to create a factory, wholesale business, retail store and workshop space in Israel. She's even been featured on TV and news programs. Today, Chef Sima teaches cooking classes and is eager to help you spice up your life with some sweet sensations.
