Team Building Activity: Chocolate Paradise
During this interactive team-building cooking class, Chef Sima will teach you the essential techniques to learn how to handcraft exquisite chocolate treats. You and your team will enjoy lemonade and charcuterie bored while you focus on making the tastiest treats. You'll learn how to make pralines with whipping cream, cherries and two kinds of chocolate. Then, you'll cook ganaches and truffles with toppings which as cookies, peanut butter, raspberry, coffee, brandy and nuts. Finish the class with chocolate games using leftover tempered chocolate.
