The cooking class with Chef Eric was so much fun and well worth the price. We joined Chef Eric in his home to learn how make a variety of Dim Sum dishes, including spring rolls, bao buns, and mango custard. He showed us how to prepare everything and did so in a way that easily translates to your own home. It was a small group, only 6 of us, which I very much enjoyed because there was plenty of time to practice our skills and ask questions. Chef Eric was very personable and a great teacher. Having a gluten intolerance made finding a cooking class difficult, since many of those offered revolve around pasta or bread. I signed up for this class because I really wanted to learn how to make spring rolls, so I didn't so much care if there were other dishes that I may not be able to enjoy. However, Chef Eric went out of his way to make gf dough for the bao buns and let me experiment with differents ways of forming the bun and cooking it, which was so much fun and really blew my expectations away. That level of care and consideration deserves 5 starts by itself, but the food was delicious and the cooking skills were very accessible to a range of different skill levels. I highly recommend any of Chef Eric's classes based on his attention to detail and the welcoming atmospher he creates!

Chef Eric was very welcoming and full of great information about ingredients, the science behind how things taste and dough consistencies. Even though my husband and I cook a lot, we learned so many neat tricks and interesting new ways to do things in the kitchen. It was definitely a fun night. This class was great if you’ve never made pasta before. We learned a lot about the process. I highly recommend taking a class with Chef Eric.
