Chef Jarvis shares his culinary skills with you and your team in this team building activity. You'll work together to learn knife skills, sushi rolling techniques and much more. First up is a ginger garden salad and miso soup prepared with your choice of chicken, beef or tofu. Sushi rolling comes next as you learn how to pair ingredients. You'll also prepare pan-seared tuna steaks with garlic broth. For dessert, enjoy bread pudding with fermented chocolate.

Chef Jarvis received his culinary education at the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta before completing his International Culinary Diplome in Spain. In addition to traveling through Europe to broaden his professional and personal horizons, he has also appeared on Cooks vs Cons on the Food Network, as well as several local news stations performing cooking demonstrations. Chef Jarvis looks forward to sharing his notable experience with his students.
